No-Refund Policy โ IT Training Courses
All course fees paid to Kyanite Technologies for IT training programs are strictly non-refundable once payment has been received and enrollment has been confirmed.
NO MONETARY REFUNDS: Kyanite Technologies does not issue cash refunds, bank transfers, or any other form of monetary reimbursement for course fees under any standard circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including personal reasons, relocation, job changes, health issues, or change of mind.
Before enrolling, we strongly encourage all prospective students to:
- Attend a free demo session (available for most courses) to assess suitability
- Speak with our counsellors to confirm the course is the right fit for your goals
- Review the course syllabus, schedule, and commitment requirements in full
- Ensure your schedule allows for regular attendance throughout the course duration
- Verify that your system meets the technical requirements for the course
By making payment and enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and agree that you have understood this no-refund policy and that the fee paid is non-refundable.
Section 02
Student-Initiated Cancellations & Withdrawals
If a student chooses to withdraw from a course for any reason after enrollment and payment:
No refund will be provided regardless of when the withdrawal occurs โ whether before the course begins, after the first class, or at any point during the course.
The following scenarios do not qualify for any refund or credit:
- Personal reasons including change of mind or loss of interest
- Job placement or employment before course completion
- Relocation within India or abroad
- Health issues (except as outlined in Section 03)
- Scheduling conflicts arising after enrollment
- Dissatisfaction with trainer style or teaching methodology
- Technical difficulties on the student's side (personal equipment issues)
- Failure to attend classes without prior communication

Section 03
Limited Exceptional Cases
While our policy is strictly no-refund, we recognise that extraordinary circumstances may arise. The following very limited exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Kyanite Technologies management:
These exceptions are extremely rare and are not guaranteed. All exceptional cases require documented proof and management approval. Even in exceptional cases, monetary refunds are not standard โ course credits or batch transfers are preferred alternatives.
- Serious Medical Emergency: A severe medical condition or hospitalisation that prevents the student from continuing, supported by a certified medical certificate from a registered doctor
- Death in Immediate Family: Death of a spouse, parent, or child during the course period, with appropriate documentation
- Batch Cancellation by Kyanite: If we are unable to commence or continue a batch due to circumstances on our end, a full refund or alternative batch placement will be offered
In exceptional cases that are approved, the outcome will be course credit or batch transfer โ not a monetary refund. Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue for any equivalent or comparable course.
To apply for an exceptional case consideration, email info@kyanitetechnologies.in with your enrollment details, reason, and supporting documents within 7 days of the event.
Section 04
Digital Marketing Services โ Refund Policy
For digital marketing retainer services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing):
- Monthly service fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has commenced
- Google Ads budgets paid to Google directly are governed by Google's own policies and are not refundable through Kyanite Technologies
- One-time setup fees, account creation fees, and strategy fees are fully non-refundable
- Clients may cancel services with 30 days' written notice; no refund will be given for the current billing period
- We do not guarantee specific results (traffic, leads, rankings) as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors
We encourage all clients to discuss expected outcomes and timelines with our team before committing to any digital marketing service. Our team is happy to provide a free consultation to set realistic expectations.
Section 05
Website Development โ Refund Policy
For website design and development projects:
- Initial advance payment / deposit is non-refundable as it covers project initiation, planning, and design work
- Milestone payments made upon delivery and approval of each stage are non-refundable
- If a client cancels a project midway, they are liable for all work completed to date at the agreed rate
- Final payment is due upon project completion and handover; no refund will be issued after final delivery and client sign-off
- Domain and hosting fees paid to third-party providers are subject to those providers' refund policies, not ours
Section 06
Personal Branding Video Shoot โ Refund Policy
For personal branding video production services:
- Booking fee / advance payment to reserve your shoot date is non-refundable
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, the advance is forfeited
- Rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice may be accommodated once, subject to availability
- Once video shoot is complete and editing has commenced, no refund is applicable
- Final deliverables, once accepted by the client, are non-refundable
Section 07
CSR Project Services โ Refund Policy
For corporate CSR project execution services:
- Project initiation fees and planning fees are non-refundable once project planning has commenced
- Milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been delivered
- If a corporate client cancels a CSR project after program design and community engagement has begun, all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation are payable
- Cancellation terms for large CSR projects are specified in the individual service agreement
Section 08
Batch Rescheduling & Transfers
While monetary refunds are not available, we offer the following accommodations where possible:
Batch Transfer (One-Time): A student may request a one-time transfer to the next available batch of the same course, subject to availability and management approval. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date.
- Batch transfers are available only once per enrollment
- Transferred batches must commence within 3 months of the original batch start date
- Course material and fee structure of the transferred batch applies
- Transfers are not available after the course has commenced
- Transfers to a different course may require a fee differential payment

Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have a legitimate grievance regarding our refund policy:
- Contact our team at info@kyanitetechnologies.in within 7 days of the issue arising
- Provide your enrollment details, payment receipts, and a detailed description of your concern
- Our management team will review your case and respond within 7 working days
- All final decisions regarding refunds or credits are at the sole discretion of Kyanite Technologies management
- Any unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India
